PROTEST IN MALPENSA: all workers unfairly dismissed does not give up and continue the protest
New protest of workers made redundant by the cooperative ServiGest to Malpensa. In twenty-three, members of Sdl, Cobas and Cub, mostly foreigners, were left at home last Nov. 30 by cooperative working under contract to the LSG SkyChefs, a leader in the catering sector. The reason for the dismissal was explained by the shift from cooperative Archimedes Logistics and packaging "to ServiGest: nothing new since the first one to manage part of the service was the Cis, then Archimedes ServiGest and finally, all co-related the same property that every two or three years has changed its name and business name to leave home by employees not complying with the payment of contributions and severance pay. An old problem and never resolved to Malpensa, the use of custody in a cooperative procurement of services that move in a more than casual in the folds of the law che regolano i rapporti di lavoro. I sindacati chiedono che tutti i dipendenti licenziati siano reintegrated in the workplace, the monthly payment of arrears, the payment of severance pay and the right to organize recognized with the union. Since November, however, despite two protests, nothing has changed.
