The Museum will not be called that anymore but will become Science Center that is a place where - unlike the case for traditional museums - the motto or will be 'no do not touch', according to what day of 'or ggi has become a real category in which classified call the museum: hands-on , versus hands off, or the traditional museums purposes that have often conservative and that normally recommended to keep your hands down between the visitor and the object is a nice glass.

- visiting schools in the van of science
- the interactive activities in the laboratories of the Museum
- i.lab robotics: the workshop of the rob ot
- i.lab Genetics & Biotechnology: DNA to the cell
- i.lab telecommunications : numbers, elettric ity in order to exchange messages and

laboratory for the teaching of science and technology and to develop a community of practice that you compare at all phases of the Project.
The kit is a container of materials and tools that allow insegnanti di progettare e di svolgere attività autonome in classe.

Nella seconda fase il progetto si espanderà the area creating new interactive workshops and engaging in some museums Lombard

CREALAB
CREALAB The Project is an educational program, created in partnership with Bayer for schools primary and secondary level with the aim to structure, equip and bring to life the science laboratory activities enhancing the professionalism of teachers and the expertise of the Museum.
Project
CREALAB The Project is a collaboration between Bayer and the Museum and is aimed at primary and secondary schools di I° grado. Coinvolge ins
I temi
I temi che il Progetto propone sono
genetica e biotecnologie
thematic modules: a) What is a material? b) Why choose a material for building a particular item? c) density, lightness and heaviness, insulators and conductors, transparency, opacity, brittleness, elasticity and stiffness. Experimental
ntiamo the quality of some materials. d) How designers and engineers design and build an object.
Teacher training
The training intends to develop: •
the experimental teaching, the laboratory method and the scientific method;
• the role of teacher as facilitator of learning;
• l’apprendimento attivo e collaborativo sia pe
r i docenti sia per gli studenti;
I kit educativi
The education kit introduces a new way of working in schools for education in science and technology through the provision of a container of scientific instrumentation and consumables selected and designed to promote the teaching laboratory and the active participation of students. Kit is attached to a manual with useful information to carry out experiments.
The educational kit enables teachers to independently design and carry out activities in the classroom. Nonso provides resources that are generally available in school and stimulates the process of investigation and help to build and experiment.
hands-on mode, which by its very nature is generally pursued during the visit to the museum, is well applied in the classroom. This gives students more opportunities to become familiar with the scientific method and understand through personal experience.
activities in i.lab
In i.lab is proposed exploration divided into several sequences of experiences and activities. It is part of a phenomenon or an object symbol and a question. It runs more or less long sequence of phenomena and / or activities related conceptually to one another by building a route that links different phenomena.
In this context the term "phenomenon" should be understood in the wider sense of "something happens "may be the appearance of colored shadows, growing
ages of a vase on a lathe, the construction of a sheet of paper, the absorption of infrared rays emitted by a small electric oven.
times
The training sessions with teachers are scheduled for October 27 and November 10, 2008 .
kits will be distributed during the last training session.

memorabilia! can be included in the curriculum, using materials to create online lessons fun and interactive, which stimulate the
teamwork, research and training aimed at developing a project.
Imagine your students in the role of researchers and museum curators. Imagine while assisting in the design of direct telegraphic receiver of Marconi in 1902. Imagine having access to primary sources of 10 items of historical collections of the Museum led by experimental activities designed by our educators. Imagine that the research would lead the students to create virtual exhibitions and published on the Web visible to everyone.
This is the website "memorabilia! Research
virtual museum."
The Museum opened its archives and provides you with 10 historical objects that are part of its collections.
With several interactive tools easily understandable and accessible to all, you can find sizes, construction details, operating principles, materials, condition and historical context. You can have access to a full set of information, content, ideas and tools with which to experience at first hand and develop a critical understanding of concepts and key events in the history of science and technology 800 and 900.
The project was promoted by the Ministry of Education, University and Research Services, Information Technology for Automation and Technological Innovation.
